The blue water of the Pagasitikos gulf is surrounded by beautiful beaches. One such beach is that of Kala Nera, which provided the inspiration for the name of the taverna Akrogialli.

This is a family taverna with a 70-year history.  Traditional Pelion recipes that have been passed from generation to generation are served here, recipes that allow customers to taste wonderful delicacies prepared under the most hygienic of conditions.

The olive oil used in the cooking comes from the family’s own olive groves. All the ingredients used in the preparation of the food are Greek and of the highest quality. All seafood is fresh. The wines have exceptional flavours and are chosen to accompany the dishes appropriately.

Of course, in the taverna, customers have the opportunity to taste tsipouro, the best accompaniment for octopus and various other tasty snacks.
