Mountzouris, The train of Pelion

For over a century, the famous Pelion train has been part of the history of the place. From July 2, 1903, the train “mountzouris” made his journey, a daily struggle to climb from Volos to Pelion, carrying people and goods and contributing decisively to the development of the region.
 
Today, the train is operational from spring to autumn, going between Lechonia and Milies, where is stops amidst beautiful scenery at the railway station.
